Moving to a new office, hiring a meeting room or joining a coworking space is a big decision. You need to make sure the venue meets all of your needs and is a worthy investment in your business or work life.

We’ve answered some of the most common questions asked by our customers, so that you can get the information you need before joining the Worting House community and making the most of our premium facilities and modern workspaces.

Worting House FAQs: Your Questions Answered

A serviced office is a fully-equipped, flexible office space. As opposed to conventional office spaces, serviced offices are fully managed, furnished and inclusive of all fees. This allows you to avoid lengthy leases, hidden costs, equipment installation and the associated liability.

We offer flexible contracts, services, and everything from a single desk, to a large office for a full team of staff. We manage and maintain your workspace, taking the hassle out of working from an office and leaving you with more free time to take care of your business.

When you choose Worting House, you don’t have to worry about spending months on a waiting list before you can move into your new office. We know that the sooner you move into your new office, the sooner you can start benefiting from increased productivity, so we make sure you’re able to move in and get settled within days.

It takes us very little time to set things up once we have received your deposit, first month’s licence fee and signed licence. Bank references will need to be taken up and passport identification is required.

We do not have a minimum term. The Licence Agreement is 364 days, however, clients are only required to give one month’s notice to vacate the premises.
Included is the following:
  • Full-time, on-site Manager
  • Heating and lighting
  • Furniture and carpets
  • Cleaning services
  • Reception services
  • Security and 24-hour access
  • Free car parking
You will only be charged an extra fee for ‘consumable’ services. These include items such as an exclusive telephone number, telephone handsets, telephone calls made, internet access, photocopying, outgoing mail and any meeting rooms used. You will receive a fully itemised bill each month so that you can track your expenses.
All of our offices are fully furnished, though it is possible to move in your own furniture or equipment with agreement from the Estate Manager.
Yes, we can provide a dedicated phone line for your organisation. A receptionist will answer your calls in your company name and handle them as per your requirements. There is a monthly charge for the phone line and for each telephone extension within your office.
We provide super fast and secure internet access. You can choose your required bandwidth from our 1GB leased line. There are no set-up fees and all equipment is maintained by ourselves at no cost to you.
Yes, we offer a great amount of flexibility for you and your business. If you require larger offices, we will promptly arrange an upgrade (availability permitting).
Yes, we have five rooms available varying in size to suit multiple occasions. Our smaller rooms are perfect for a two-person meeting or interview while our larger rooms are ideal for a training day for up to 26 people. Free Wifi is available and complimentary beverages are included in meeting room hire. Buffet lunches can be provided at an extra cost. We also have a Drop-in Coworking Zone if you need some extra desk space, and a Quiet Zone to get away from the hustle and bustle.
We require one month’s licence fee (rent) as a deposit and the first month’s licence fee. Thereafter, the licence fee is paid on the first of each month, usually by standing order — we have standing order mandates available. Your deposit is fully refundable at the end of the term, providing the room is left in good condition.
Yes — you are permitted to access the building 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. You will be issued with keys to your office, alarm codes and security keys (where applicable).
Worting House and Coach House have access alarms and monitored CCTV cameras located around all buildings and car parks. You will be issued with all access codes, alarm codes, keys to your office and security keys (where applicable).
We cover insurance on our buildings, however, please note that you are responsible for any office contents. Many insurance brokers offer specialist serviced office insurance cover.
